Robin Grainger
Works Director
A true pedestal veteran, he’s seen (and built) it all. Proud of his machines, the products they churn out, and always has a story to tell about the good old days. He’s hands-on, full of life, and never far from a good laugh. If beer o’clock started at 8am, he’d be first in line.
Ivan Grainger
Finance Director
The man who knows his numbers…maybe a little too well. Always keeping a careful eye on what’s being spent and where it’s going, he’s the one making sure the figures add up. Give him a strong, black coffee, and he might just look the other way.
Amelia Grainger
Operations Director Designate
The youngest Grainger and part of the management team, she’s no less passionate and gets things done. Her wicked sense of humour keeps us on our toes and laughing all day. Make sure you look busy when she’s around, or you may find yourself volunteered for a new task!
Nathan Grainger
Commercial Director Designate
Quiet on the outside, but sharp on the inside. Our tech expert, and occasional accounting whiz, has a knack for spotting the finer details, and he’s the first one to call when “turn it off and on again” doesn’t work.
Rebecca Grainger
Sales and Marketing Director Designate
Ideas, projects, and plans, she’s got them all swimming around her head (and usually all at once). Full of energy, and the go-to woman when problems need solving. When she’s not steering the sales ship, you’ll find her diving beneath the waves and swimming with the fish to recharge.

Sales Manager
The pedestal mastermind and excel wizard, anything he doesn’t know about pedestals isn’t worth knowing, and any other data is somewhere in the spreadsheets. He’s straight talking, takes no nonsense, but delivers top tier results every time.

General Manager
She’s always on the go; never at her desk with a coffee and never around when you need to ask her something, but she’ll rear her head from the factory floor eventually. Nothing, and nobody, will be more important than her dog, Princess. General Manager by day, expert dog cuddler by night.

HR Consultant
She’s the one who keeps us on track. When she’s not dotting her i’s and crossing her t’s, you’ll find her watching, playing, or keeping up to date with all sorts of sports! Competitive by nature, fair and caring at heart.

Health & Safety and Quality Control Manager
Always has a beady eye on everything that comes out of the factory, ensuring the world-class Grainger’s quality never slips. His quick wit and comedic comments will make you smile, even before you’ve had your morning coffee!
Matt Rimmer
Key Accounts Manager
Runs solely on coffee, football, and fast cars. You’ll spot him out on the road now and again, visiting customers and keeping service levels sky-high. He’s the best man for looking after our loyal clients, and his pedestal knowledge is first-class.

Sharp, thorough, and armed with beady eyes that never miss a thing. She’s creative, meticulous, and always holding standards high. In her world, dogs rank higher than humans and you’ll never change her mind.

Assistant Operations Manager
The man whose to-do list never sleeps. He works hard and plays hard, and when he’s not being run ragged at work, he’s being run ragged by his lovely family instead. Rumour has it he comes to work for a breather.

Sales & Marketing Support Executive
Part-time football fan and full-time cocktail enthusiast, you’ll find her sitting at the bar shouting at the TV when the game’s on. Open-minded with our trademark “I’ll give it a go” attitude, unless you’re offering a cuppa in the morning, then it’s a hard pass. Will be in the gym in the morning to justify a sweet treat at night.

Purchases & Accounts Administrator
Our all-day, cheeky accounts chappy! Don’t be late paying the pennies — or he’ll be on the phone chasing. After a busy day securing the best deals, he’s at home recharging, ready to go again with fresh energy and plenty of banter.
Our famous purple colours don’t just run through our family; it runs through our entire team.
