The main aim of the many phases of the Snow Hill developments was to connect the financial district to the rest of the city. By improving the transport interchanges and connectivity’s around Snow Hill it was also recognised it may become the perfect location to become the home for an extra special project.

The Result
Grainger’s pedestals were installed by Kier Group and Balfour Beatty. We supplied over 30,000, high quality, medium grade H range pedestals for this job. Now housing the team managing the new HS2 developments in various office spaces, it was certainly an important development for the future of industries in the Midlands. We are glad to say we were a part of it.
The building holds a BREEAM Excellent rating and we’re thrilled we could offer evidence to help support The UK Government’s Construction Strategy on this project.
