Returns Policy
We understand that from time to time, it may be necessary to return items that you have purchased from us. The following policy sets out how items can be returned, return exceptions and refunds.
How To Return An Item
Your item/items must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect in which case you must inform us immediately of the fault. All non-defective items must be returned within 7 days of your purchase.
1. Please email sales@isaacgrainger.co.uk to request a refund and we will assign you a returns tracking #.
2. Ensure that the items you are returning are in their original bags, containing the original quantity in each bag and are securely wrapped on a pallet ready for collection either by one of our drivers or our courier.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return with reference to you original purchase order number and a copy of your invoice.
** PLEASE ALSO ENSURE THAT THE COLLECTION DRIVER SIGNS AND DATES THIS LETTER UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS**
Return Exceptions
Items that have been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Collection & Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and a collection charge of £50 per pallet. These charges will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note (normally produced at the end of each invoicing month) and will show up on your next statement as such.
Exchanges
If your items are in an un-used condition, you may exchange them for a different size. These items will be subjected to a 25% restocking charge and a collection / delivery charge of £50 per pallet, as per our normal delivery terms.
